To provide Diocesan support to MAT Trustees in the development and fulfilment of their roles both individually and as a corporate board of a MAT with Church Schools.

Outcomes:

• An understanding of the theological basis for how trustees serve
• An overview of the mindset, role and responsibilities of the trustee board
• Provide advice and support to develop an individual(personal) plan.
• Provide advice and support for Trustee Board development
